Ordering & Shipping

Lead time
In-stock merchandisers ship immediately. Made-to-order units ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom cold room trailers are scheduled per project.
Shipping
The customer pays freight. Delivery is available on our own fleet or through the carrier of your choice.
Payment terms
50% deposit at order placement and the remaining 50% at shipment.
Custom builds
Cold room trailers, ice machine setups and branded graphics are configured per order. Specifications are confirmed in writing before production starts.

Limited Warranty
Effective October 21, 2026
Coverage
PolarForce ice merchandisers carry a 1-year limited warranty from the invoice date. During this period PolarForce will repair or replace any component that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, provided the unit is installed and operated within its design specifications.
What voids the warranty
- Installation without adequate ventilation, including units built in without airflow, placed in kitchens without exhaust, or closed in with no air circulation after hours.
- Misuse, accidents, or operation outside the unit's design conditions.
- Service, repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties.
- Lack of preventive maintenance as described in the owner's instructions.
- Damage from force majeure events such as fire, flood or earthquake.
Excluded components
Motors, compressors, starters, gaskets and glass are not covered, as these parts are exposed to voltage variations, wear and missed preventive maintenance. The warranty does not cover electrical components or any consequential damage to customer property or inventory.
Custom equipment
Warranty terms for ice machines and custom cold room trailers are set per project and confirmed in writing with your order.

The size comparator is a visual guide drawn from published exterior dimensions. Always verify measurements, clearances and ventilation requirements on site before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolarForce is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as stated in our Limited Warranty for products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

What we collect
This website does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors.
Storage on your device
We store a single value in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use and share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Technical data is shared only with service providers that host and operate this site, and only as needed to provide it, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can clear session storage at any time through your browser settings, and you can enable "reduce motion" on your device to skip animations entirely.
